Age Policy & Parental Guidance
Users under 15 years of age must generate, view, or interpret Janmapatrika / Kundali reports solely under the active guidance and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Account registration for premium services is restricted to users who are at least 18 years old or under guardian supervision.
Astrology Services & Medical Disclaimer
Astrological readings, planetary positions, dosha evaluations, and remedial suggestions provided on Graha Vigyanam are strictly for cultural, philosophical, self-reflection, and spiritual study. They do NOT constitute and must NEVER replace professional medical, clinical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. Always consult certified healthcare practitioners for any physical or mental health concerns.
Subscriptions & Billing
Graha Vigyanam offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if the service was not used. Contact grahavigyanam@gmail.com for billing inquiries.
Intellectual Property
All content on Graha Vigyanam, including text, graphics, charts, software, and astrological algorithms, is the property of Graha Vigyanam and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Graha Vigyanam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for decisions made based on astrological readings.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Graha Vigyanam shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
